HOUSE RULES & BOOKING TERMS * Rates & Usage – NO EVENTS OR PRODUCTION SHOOTS AT THIS PROPERTY (Contact us for other suitable properties) – Standard nightly rates apply to normal stays within the stated sleeping capacity only. Additional guests above sleeping capacity are charged at higher rates depending on total headcount. Please enquire before booking. * Additional Guests – £100 per person for any staying or visiting guest above the stated sleeping capacity, unless otherwise agreed in writing. – Unless otherwise agreed in writing, there can be a maximum of 2 additional staying or visiting guests with the stated additional person rate, or the booking can be cancelled without refund, and with loss of the full booking fee and security deposit. * Security Deposit A £1,000 refundable security deposit is required before arrival. Last-minute, event-type or higher-risk bookings may require a higher deposit. * Pre-Arrival Requirements All guests must: – Provide a valid government ID – Review and sign our booking agreement – Pay the refundable security deposit This must be completed within 24 hours of booking confirmation, or at least 3 hours before arrival for same-day bookings. * Condition of Stay Bookings cannot proceed unless all pre-arrival requirements have been fully completed. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire house and its 2-acre grounds, including the indoor pool, cinema room, games room, lounges, bedrooms, gardens, and gated parking.
