Just 15 km from the city of Le Mans, famous for its 24-hour auto and motorcycle race, La Guierche, enjoys an ideal location to access it in 15 minutes. The village is home to the 12th century Saint Anne Church. Hiking trails along the river offer lovely walks. An excellent bakery, a bar-tobacconist and the small Sunday market are part of village life. The space The bedroom has a double bed and a single sofa bed. The price listed is for one person. For an additional guest, there is a surcharge of €12. For guests who wish to stay for an additional day, whether to work remotely or for any other reason, there will be a surcharge of 12 euros per day. Other things to note During motorcycle, car and truck sporting events, taking place on the Le Mans circuit, rates are slightly higher, but remain very affordable. One-night bookings for one person are not profitable. It is recommended to make reservations for a period of 2 to 4 nights.
