Our top floor penthouse flat has beautiful views over the Shoreham-By-Sea coastline as well as the South Downs With a distinct and stylish bohemian decor, this flat offers a blend of artistic flair and coastal serenity, creating a space that feels both vibrant and tranquil. The space Our flat has an open plan kitchen and living room area. Large comfortable sofa with a big screen TV for cosy cinema nights in. Dining table with 4 chairs. There is also a desk for those who need it. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, blender etc. If you like cooking feel free to use any oils, herbs and spices from our extensive spice rack. Two identical size bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds. Bathroom with spacious shower, no bath. Guest access The whole apartment will be available for guest last when booked. If you are booking for two people we assume you will only use one of the bedrooms. If this isn’t the case and you need access to both book for 3 people. Other things to note There are two flights of stairs to the apartment and another private stairway within the apartment to the living space. So not recommended for anyone with mobility issues or toddlers/ prams. This is our home we rent out when we are away. Wardrobes and drawers will contain our personal stuff. If you are renting for a longer period we will clear wardrobe space for you.
