New Palermo Hollywood Apartment

This is a very nice renovated apartment in a 15 year old building, the building is on Santa Fe Avenue but the apartment is very CALM, you will love this apartment and its location. The main bed is Queen size (160X200cm) the sofa bed is modern and very comfortable it can be used as a sofa or it can be use as 2 single beds. It has a pull out bed that you can perfectly place where you wish and still use the sofa. The TV is Smart & we provide Netflix, normal channels are available in Youtube. Guest access I will be available through Airbnb messages, iMessage or Whats App, to coordinate the check in, Airbnb provides a 2hour check-in window option even though this does not mean I will be 2 hours waiting for you at the apartment, so please have in mind that you must coordinate with an exact arrival time, if you need help to calculate this, you can provide me your flight details and just keep in touch through the open wifi that is provided at our 3 main airports in the City. I can also offer a contact to coordinate a pick up by a trustable driver (this service has an extra cost but is recommended specially if you arrive very early morning or very late at night because I could give to the driver a set of keys from the apartment) Other things to note I could provide a portable crib or a high chair if you ask for it before your check-in .
