A parking space is dedicated to the apartment right in front of the building. Only 8 minutes' walk separates the apartment from the lakeshore. By bike, reaching the bike path will take you 2 minutes. A supermarket is nearby: 2 minutes by car, 3 minutes by bike or 9 minutes on foot. The space The accommodation is composed of: - An entrance with a coat rack and a closet in which there is a clothes drying rack, a vacuum cleaner and a dryer. - A bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a wardrobe and a dresser allowing you to store your belongings. - A bathroom with shower, sink, small cabinet, drawers, hair dryer, straightener and washing machine. - A separate toilet. - A living room with sofa bed, TV, coffee table and armchair. - An open kitchen with an island, oven, ceramic cooktop, hood, dishwasher, sink, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. - A friendly and spacious terrace of 54 m2 with a table, umbrella and garden furniture. A travel cot with mattress can be provided on request. The apartment can accommodate only one baby. The apartment does not accommodate animals and smoking is strictly forbidden inside. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. You will have a private outdoor parking space. A bicycle rack is available next to the terrace to leave your bicycles safely. Afterwards you can reach Annecy by car or bike. Sevrier beach is a 15-minute walk from the apartment, otherwise paid parking is available on site if you want to get there by car. Other things to note Please note that an additional €40 will be charged for arrivals after 8:00 p.m. Linens are included in the cleaning fee (bed linen, towels, mats and tea towels).
