Welcome to our modern, loft style home, unique to Laos. Located in a quiet, family neighborhood, within walking distance to old town Luang Prabang. Your kids will love our places stocked with TOYS! LEGOs, games, Hot Wheels, puzzles, books, skate board, kick scooters, bicycles, a huge fenced in garden with swings and picnic table. With a private entry, air conditioning in all rooms, huge and well equipped kitchen, in house laundry, secure parking, two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The space We are located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac, yet we're close to nearly everything Luang Prabang has to offer. The living room is awash in natural light and overlooks the garden. It's equipped with air con, smart TV, sofa, desk w/ chair, ceiling fan, led lighting, storage closet and privacy curtains. The private, wellequipped kitchen and dining room were designed and built with functionality in mind. It's ergonomic with tons of counter space to work. We provide free drinking water during your entire stay :) The huge refrigerator/freezer can store anything you bring home from the local markets. Enjoy tons of counter space, 4 burner induction cook-top, microwave, drip and pour over coffee makers, rice cooker, blender and more. The 2 private bedrooms (including the primary suite) have large windows overlooking the garden, privacy curtains, air con and plenty of space to store your luggage or hang your clothes. The second bedroom is stocked with books and toys for the kids. The 2 private bathrooms are spacious with large showers and hot water. There are lots of hangers, hooks and vanity space to store all of your things. And you can wash your clothes! Your very own, in-house clothes washer is ready with indoor and outdoor hang-to-dry options. Laundry detergent is provided :) The shared, fenced in garden is a great place hand out or for the kids to play. Depending on the time of year, you may find guava, papaya, bananas, mulberries, lychee, avocados and more. Guest access The entire top floor (up 1 flight of stairs) is your private home. Private entry with a touch pad door lock, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with hot showers, in house laundry machine, large kitchen, dining and living room. There is secure covered parking with plenty of space even for a car. Enjoy the large, shared, fenced in garden with swings, picnic table and large grassy area for kids to play. Walk or use our complimentary bikes to explore local food, sites, bars, coffee, markets, temples, the Mekong river, royal palace, Phou Si mountain and many others in this Unesco heritage town. Other things to note The entire home is your private residence with private entry. (1) It is comfortable for up to 4 guests. We will cautiously consider more, but only after some discussion. (2) There is one flight of stairs up to the private entry of the house. (3) The conventional oven is out of order. Thanks for your understanding.
