Emun Pico - Everything you need for your comfort

It is the smallest apartment in Cluj-Napoca’s Old Town area! Is has a total of 8 (eight) square meters of pure digital integrated awesomeness! The aim was for the smallest most comfortable tiny apartment you can imagine. It has a comfortable mattress with 7 zones on an electrically adjustable bed with the remote at your fingertips. The home is a smart-home with Apple HomeKit integration, Tv, Windows, Blinds, Lights, Heating, Ac, High-Speed-WiFi, Outside Camera etc! Overall an experience! The space One room designated specifically to have everything you need and experience a comfortable and restful stay! To spice everything up, everything is electric and smart and you can control and monitor everything from the house iPad! The room is acoustically insulated having electric blinds on all windows (even the ceiling one) designed to have as much privacy as possible. TV is 4k LG OLED, the purest colors and deepest black a TV can have, integrated with the smart home so if you feel sleepy and forgot where the remote is, just tell Siri to turn of the TV and continue your slumber. AC is also controlled from the iPad, being a small apartment, it works very fast so you can achieve the desired effect in a few minutes. The kitchenette, we think it has everything you would want for a comfortable stay. We have a rather big Fridge for the size of the room, and it comes with some refreshments, compliments of the house. The Coffee Machine is an N’espresso with the best locally roasted coffee pads for it, also complements of the house. You can choose to make breakfast (although just around the corner you can choose the best breakfast you can ever want from a few of the best restaurants in town) We have a designer’s toaster and water boiler. We also have a small plug-in stove you can use to cook something if you wish it. The bathroom is something interesting! We have smart toilet with included bidet that heats your seat, you have a remote for it to choose the water pressure and temperature and also position of the stream (if you get what we are saying here ). We provide the towels and some shower gel, soap and shampoo if you forgot yours. The showers is taking place in the middle of the bathroom, it has 2 curtains that close in the middle (that is why the last ring has no hook on one curtain) and you will experience an incredibly spacious shower booth. After the shower just clear the water from the floor of the bathroom with the silicone scraper located near the toilet and you are all set to use the bathroom again as you wish. Finally the Bed has a 7 comfort zone mattress laid over an electrically adjustable bed, you can control the position you want to sleep in or lay in air even watch tv. On this subject you will experience watching tv in a new way, after you get your position right, you can angle the tv from the wall at the viewing angle you want using the iPad TV Stand Slider (Just keep your finger on the TV stand Icon a little longer and the slider will appear). The Velux window is amazing, it also controlled from the iPad as the TV, you can slide it into the possession you want, slide the blind on it in the position you want and also just open and close it if you do not want to bother adjusting. The thermostat is on the wall at the entrance to the bathroom, you and manually adjust it or from the iPad. The apartment has floor heating so you can walk without shoes (we disinfect the floor every time after guests) and also in the shower you will feel comfortable without shoes. You can put your luggage under the bed (is has a lot of space) and we have big storage space for clothes, books, shoes and whatever you choose to bring with you. You will find there many spaces to put your stuff in. Unlike many other spaces, this one has a glass door that gets you directly in the courtyard so we made the glass just translucent not see-trough. For that, if you want to see who is outside or what, you have integrated in the home control the outside Netatmo Camera that records movement and you can see what happens. The courtyard is busy during the week from 9 to 18 o’clock and the business owners and employees park their cars inside for it is not allowed to park on the street, to account for this inconvenience we put blinds on the windows and on the door, that you can close, that have acoustic protection so you are uncoupled from the activity. If you choose to stay over the weekend, from Friday to Monday morning the courtyard is almost fully yours, not much activity and maybe one neighbor will leave the car over the weekend, but other than that, you have privacy. Guest access Guest have access to the whole space and the courtyard area in front of it. Other things to note Entering the courtyard requires a key and the guests will use the small part of the gate. The key will be in a black lockbox on the side of the gate and the code for it will be provided on the day of your arrival. The apartment is locked with a code that will be entered on the keypad near the door handle on the wall. The keypad will lit up after you press the first key on it but there is a motion activated light after you enter the courtyard so your path will be lit.
