Quiet and comfortable apartment with terrace

We will be happy to host you in our 43 m2 cottage, with private terrace, located in an authentic village in the heart of Auvergne. It is functional and composed of an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet and a large bedroom with a small sitting area (convertible sofa 140 cm x 190 cm). The accommodation is adjacent to our family home but it has independent and autonomous access. The space You will stay in a warm, comfortable and recently renovated apartment with terrace that can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located on an independent wing of our family home and remains entirely reserved for guests. The house is integrated into the authentic aesthetics of the village as it combines exposed stones and wood. The accommodation has a decor that combines modernity and friendliness. It is functional and consists of an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a small bathtub, separate toilet and a large bedroom. The latter has a double bed and a sofa bed. A crib, desk and washing machine are available. PS: Towels and sheets are provided. Basic hygiene products (shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc.) and essential kitchen products (coffee, tea, powdered chocolate, herbal tea, oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper, etc.) are available for troubleshooting. Guest access Access is through the closed courtyard that we also use to enter our home. Nevertheless, the accommodation has independent and autonomous access via a staircase and a separate entrance. Two free parking spaces are located 100 meters from the accommodation. The streets leading to our house are narrow, so we recommend parking directly in the parking lot.
