The Garden Gateway apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood near two main highways which provide statewide access. You can be anywhere in Albuquerque or Santa Fe in under an hour. The apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchenette with microwave and fridge, a dining/work area, and a full bath with a shower/tub combo. It is part of the house, and the owner is on premises. The apartment has parking for one car and a private side entry. There is a small outside sitting area near the entrance. The space The apartment is comfortable and quiet with two bedrooms with doors for privacy. There is plenty of storage in the large closets and bureaus in each space. The apartment has a separate entrance with keypad access. Guest access The entire apartment is available to our guests, with keypad access to the space. The apartment is part of the house, but is entirely private. Other things to note Many guests have commented on the comfortable apartment and the quiet and safe neighborhood. The house is within two blocks of a fire station. The apartment is part of a house, so the owner is on site should any needs arise. They also like the easy access to the rest of the state via Rt. 550 which runs north to Colorado, and I 25, which runs north to Santa Fe and Taos, and south to Albuquerque and beyond. There are many parks and outdoor entertainments within a half hour's drive.
