Located just a few miles from amazing beaches and surf destinations, with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina. This is a family friendly quiet neighborhood and looking strictly for quiet families. Our home includes a movie theater, gym, 2 decks overlooking the ocean, hot tub, surf boards and beach gear.Please note this is our primary residence.
