The single bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed adorned with soft linens for a restful night's sleep. A spacious wardrobe ensures ample storage, while a dedicated desk and chair provide a comfortable workspace for business travellers. Ensuite bathroom boasts a stand-up shower, offering rejuvenation after a day of exploring. Kitchenette & Lounge: Prepare light meals and snacks in the well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a microwave, fridge, toaster, and kettle. We've provided a selection of complimentary teas, coffee, and sugar to start your day on a cozy note. The lounge area beckons you to unwind on the sofa bed (suitable to sleep a small child only) while enjoying entertainment on the 42" LCD TV with Chromecast functionality. Guest access You will have full access to the entire annexe and a private area to the side; where you can relax and unwind. Please note, our garden is currently a shared space and we kindly ask that you use the available space to your side of the trellis only. Other things to note We are situated on a main road and cars do regularly pass. If you are seeking completely cut off silence outside of the property unfortunately this may not be the one for you. We do also have a train line running behind the back fence. However, trains are very infrequent, small two carriages and usually no sooner than 20-30 minutes apart. With all that in mind, past 8pm the road is a lot quieter and past 10pm usually silent, bar the odd car or train.
