Families with kids are welcome. The space Del Mar Haven is 450 sq ft and well stocked with a dedicated kitchen, dining area, living room area, desk, bathroom, and sleeping area. One King bed and one Queen Sofa bed. The new Berin sofa bed from Room and Board is high-end and comfortable. We live above the studio -sharing no walls, only the ceiling above. Keep in mind that you might hear us walking above, but we do our best to maintain a quiet peaceful space . Fast Wi-Fi. The neighborhood is tranquil. New AC/heat unit! Guest access Entire studio to yourself. Other things to note This is a quiet and respectful neighborhood- please no parties, smoking, or loudness! The hot water heater fan will turn on throughout your stay -it is not excessively noisy, but blows cool air. There is a mini split with heat/air to counter this. Due to my work schedule, check-in is 5 pm with a later check-out time of 1 p.m. These times can be flexible- contact me and I can try to accommodate. Please note that the home is not baby and/or child-proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children.
