Also is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, bath towels, beach chairs / umbrella / fridge, board games, WiFi, HD programming and TV in the living room, bathroom soap, shampoo, conditioner, Cleaning equipment. Unit consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, balcony and living room. Other things to note The property has 4 A/C units. Once in each bedroom and one in the living room. The living room A/C has a timer and will automatically turn off if the front door is opened and during 12:00 am to 6:00 am
