Other things to note ZONE - What to visit The farm is located in a small village about 10 minutes from the city of Tomar. Tomar is a Templar city built during the Portugal foundation. Here you can visit Tomar Castle, the Convent of Christ, the "7 montes" forest, one of the oldest synagogues in Portugal, and the Pegões aqueduct. In addition to all the history that surrounds the city, it also stands out for its typical gastronomy with excellent restaurants. In the surrounding area, there are lots of river beaches on the Zêzere river, some of which, have water sports facilities. If you love epic landscapes, you can visit the Castle of Almourol (34km) and the picturesque village of Dornes located in a Castelo do Bode reservoir (18.5km). If you wish, you can visit the Sanctuary of Fátima (48km) and the Geodesic Centre of Portugal in Vila de Rei (29km).
