The space Things to do: Granny's house is 2 miles from the Historic town of Jonesborough, The Oldest Town in Tennessee.  Check out all the historic buildings, Christopher Taylor House, Chester Inn Museum, Heritage Alliance, Tennessee Hills Distillery, Wetlands Water Park, International Storytelling Festival. Very close to Nolichucky River so you can go fishing, river rafting,15 minute drive to Johnson City, ETSU, Mountain Home VA, Tweetsie Trail, downtown JC. 40-minute drive to Bristol,  the Bristol Motor Speedway, Bristol Caverns, downtown Bristol, you can be in 2 states at the same time. It's also a 30-minute drive to the Historic town of Greenville, President Andrew Johnson National Historic site, and David Crockett birthplace. You could be on the Blue Ridge Parkway in 1 hour, Asheville Biltmore Estate in 1 hour, to skiing in less then a hour, the Historic Abingdon, Barter Theatre, the Virginia Creeper Trail in 1 hour. An hour and a half drive off I40  Exit 407 is going to be the exit to the new Buc-ee's, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. So much more!! The main bedroom has a king-size bed, 48in. roku TV, walk-in closet, ½ bath with makeup mirror, and hair dryer. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a single bed, 43in. roku TV, and a closet. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, 32in roku TV, and a closet. Full bathroom with tub/shower combo, double sink, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, body lotion, large mirror plus a full mirror, washing machine, and dryer are in the bathroom. The living room is very large, with sitting for 7 people comfortably, 55in. roku TV, fireplace (with fake firewood), and desk for work. The kitchen is well stocked with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 4-slice toaster, pot and pans, and dishes for a family of 7. Coffee bar and snack bar for the guests to enjoy. Fire pit to sit around with the new light and enjoy the beautiful mountain background. Gas grill to cookout. Sitting on the patio furniture on carport in the afternoon or evening with your family. In the mornings, enjoy a cup of coffee outside on the front porch or go to the new swing or the bench while you enjoy the beautiful view of the animals and the mountains.
