Our Ocean View Hillside apartment offers you a modern space with sweeping views of the island capital and turquoise sea. We are a 15 min walk or 5 min drive from the boardwalk and center of Philipsburg. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The large terrace with outside seating area is perfect for dining and relaxing over the ocean view. The apartment is on the same property as a private home. We do not have a 24 hour service. It is a weekly minimum apartment rental. I am available for any queries by e-mail or phone and live on island so am available by appointment. The apartment is based on the hillside a short distance from the center town of St. Maarten where you will find numerous restaurants, stores and a beach set in a large bay. I do recommend a car rental. There is 1 parking space available on the property. The drive-way is a slightly tricky drive-way to enter as it is on the hillside, however, well worth it as it contributes to the grand view.
