The space Perfect for children and families all year round. Very comfortable, equipped for a summer stay (individual air conditioning in the living room and 4 bedrooms), very large wooden terrace to the south behind the dune cordon and direct private access to the beach. But also for the mid-season (south-facing bay window, well-insulated apartment, wood-burning stove and wood stock available and individual heating in each room). 4 double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, 9 beds max and a baby bed, a new equipped kitchen and American fridge, washing machine and dryer, large sunny living room. Large private terrace behind the dune and secure direct access to the beach, plancha and barbecue, private parking inside the property (only one parking space) and additional parking possible for a fee at 50 m (Petit Travers parking paying 45 euros/week). Adjacent beach hut with paddle and beach toys for children. Guest access entire ground floor, terrace and garden on the waterfront.
