Secluded garden house

This beautiful and historic house is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. In five minutes, you can walk to the sea, park, and castle, and 15 minutes to the city center. Built in 1918 as a farm house, it is now tucked away in our tranquil garden, complete with a patio, deck, and bbq. The space The guest house is in the backyard of the main house and is accessible from the street through a passageway. There is a door with a code lock to the passageway from the street. The kitchen and main bedroom are located on the main floor of the house. Climb a (steep and narrow) flight of stairs to access the attic bedroom which has a low slanting ceiling. The two single beds in the attic can be pushed together to be used as a queen bed as well. From the kitchen, descend a flight of stairs to access the bathroom in the basement. Guest access You may share the garden, parking space, and EV charger with your hosts or possibly other Airbnb guests (if we are away on vacation). We have a universal EV charger with a charging speed of 6 - 9 kWh. You will pay 3 SEK per kW for the electricity cost (charged using your payment method in the airbnb app).
