Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Relax in this cozy room in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the back yard and swimmig pool after a busy day. My house is located in the center of Jacksonville. 5-10 minutes drive to downtown and beaches. The space The house has 3 bedrooms total with 3 bathrooms. You will have the converted bedroom. The bathroom has a shower (no bathtub). This bedroom has its own sink and air conditioner/ heater. You will share everything else in the house with guesses . I am renting 1 person per bedroom, maximum 2 for extras charges. I will allow visitors for extra charge for maximum 2 nights with prior approval. I have to aks every guess if they agree to visitors. I will avoid the 3 rooms having visitors at the same time. Guest access Guess has access to laundry room on Wenesday and Thursday only. Noone else should be using the laundry on those dates . The bedrooms has different dates for laundry access. Please be consider to others and clean after you finish . Kitchen , leaving room, dining area and backyard with swimming pool are shared with the other guesses. Guess for this room takes out the garbage and recycling /week 3 and week 4 of the month. Garbage should be out by Wednesday night. Swiming pool maintenance is once a week and cannot be used for 30 minutes after maintenance. Usually Tuesday or Wednesday. Other things to note There are cameras in the front and back of the house . This listing is for only one person. I allow visitors for few dates only for rare occasions, with prior notice and aproval , and for a charge per person per night of $30. No more than 4 people total in the room. The other tenants will be notified and will need to agree to allow visitors. When going to the patio, please keep the door close to avoid AC scape. Please be mindfully of use of electricity and water. I ask you to treat my home as yours. Keep the shared areas clean.
