Located in Miller Cove subdivision (~60 homes), a quiet tree-lined area with easy access to parks, historic downtown, major tourist attractions and eateries. Enjoy a spacious second floor all to yourself, an 18 x 18' bedroom with queen bed and private full bath. The room has its own air cond. thermostat (guest can control). There is Wi-Fi, and a 55 inch TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount+ and local channels. The mattress is moderate firmness. Coffee maker and tea kettle in the room. Tea, coffee, snacks provided. Guests may use my kitchen to prepare breakfast, warm up a pizza, light or full cooking. You may also use the washer-dryer, if necessary with lavendar detergent provided. Iron and board available. There are lots of towels, a small hair dryer and shampoo/soap in the bathroom. Guests may park in my driveway and indoor heated garage. Once reservation is confirmed, I will give instructions re access with the key. You will enter into my living room, turn left immediately and go down the stairs. Private room, bath, and office are on bottom floor. When you have the key, you may come and go as you wish. I may occupy upper floor, but guests will control all entrances to bottom half with locks. I also travel with my employment, in that case entire house is yours! Very nice subdivision, property has woods in back for countryside setting. The entire street around the subdivision is 1 mile and includes lots of trees, gorgeous landscaping, and a duck pond with fountain. It is about a half mile off Interstate 30 and 2 miles to historic downtown Benton. Parking in closed garage and easy access in and around neighborhood. My rate varies from $72 base on weekdays to $85 per night Sunday thru Friday. Airbnb adds its booking fee and required city & state hospitality taxes. I have recently added a $5 cleaning fee. If you give me 24 hrs notice, there is no cancellation fee. I don't serve breakfast, but there's a coffee pot in the room & a tea kettle. I keep juice, milk, yogurt, cereal, bread and fruit on hand. Guests may use my kitchen for light or full cooking. I supply all linens including sheets, towels. There are extra blankets and pillows in the closet in the room.
