Please contact me for help. ****ADDITIONAL ALL-INCLUSIVE FEES ARE MANDATORY & TO BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL**** Here’s how it works: 1. Contact me with the ages of everyone attending the vacation (discounts available for kids) and how many rooms you will need. I will reply with your vacation quote. I will go over room selections available that will best suit your needs. I can help with your round-trip Shuttle services to and from the Airport, to recommendations of things to do and see in the area. I want to provide you a stress-free and effortless trip. 2. The Airbnb fee is paid with me and this covers the cost of your nightly fees as well as your VIP Royal Elite BLACK wristbands. 3. The ALL-INCLUSIVE fee is to cover your UNLIMITED FOOD AND DRINKS as well as use of the SERVICES AND FACILITIES in the resort. This fee is paid directly with the resort. The resort asks for a deposit of 15% of your all inclusive fees to be paid upon booking and the reminder is due upon arrival at resort. The resort does offer a discount if you’re paying with cash. Sandos Caracol Eco Resort has a great Kids Club! They accept kids ages 4 years and older. There is babysitting availing upon request at an additional cost, for kids of all ages. Kids under 4 can play in the Kids Club under adult supervision during select hours. Cribs are available upon request. Between the petting zoo, activities center, animal tours, Cenotes, Waterparks and the kid’s café, there is so much for the kids to do! Daily activities for kids and adults, nightly entertainment, face painting, and more.
