This apartment is in central Kadıköy/Moda, constructed according to Earthquake regulations of Eurocode&Turkish Government in 2022. The building is in a safe, silent street, decorated on December 2022. The building foundation is installed on the rock bottom with deep concrete piles, the structional system also has been chosen, for the possible earthquake wave direction. In conclusion, our building is designed and constructed to withstand any earthquake might occur in İstanbul. The space You will have a 50square meter apartment with one bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped open kitchen. We have elevator in the building, we have no parking areas for cars. Guest access There is two storage areas/wardrobes, where you can put your luggage, shoes, and hang your clothes. there is hot water, wi-fi, AC, central heating with natural gas, and a laundry machine in the apartment. Other things to note Please left the AC, heating, and the lightnings off, when you’re out. Please avoid any uncessesary energy consumption.
