The space Maximum occupancy: 8 guests The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, but the stairs are easy to use. Rooms: bedroom, living room, kitchenette, shower room, toilet, entrance area Facilities: The bedroom has 4 bunk beds and air conditioning; the living room has a sofa, TV, table and chairs, and free Wi-Fi; the kitchenette includes an IH stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, and a full set of cookware and tableware; the bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and basic toiletries. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. During your stay, you will not share any spaces with other guests or the host. Please note that while the interior spaces are for guest use only, the building’s entrances, stairways, and other common areas are shared with other residents. Please be respectful and follow the rules for using these common areas. (Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. If you need to smoke, please go downstairs, turn right, and you will find a free smoking room about a 1-minute walk from the apartment.) Other things to note Please change into slippers after entering the room. It is customary in Japan to wear indoor slippers. Please keep quiet after 9:00 PM. Noise may disturb neighbors. If we receive complaints, we may have to cancel your stay immediately. Do not bring anyone who is not included in the reservation. Violations will result in a deduction from your security deposit. Please turn off the air conditioner, TV, lights, and other appliances when you go out. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room. You may smoke on the balcony. If we detect signs of smoking indoors, the security deposit will be deducted. Please handle the Wi-Fi device with care. If it is lost or damaged, a compensation fee of ¥50,000 will be charged. Do not replace or take the Wi-Fi charging cable. If lost, a fee of ¥2,000 will be charged. Parking: Parking is available for an additional fee of around ¥3,000 per night. Please let us know in advance if you need parking. (Room 501 includes free parking.) Laundry: A coin laundry is about 2 minutes on foot from your room. Washing and drying are available.
