Villa in Brdy with a pool, infrared sauna and equipment

Your whole family will rest in this quiet space. The house on the edge of the Brdy forests offers 5 bedrooms (4 double beds, 3 single beds, a children's bed, a baby cot), 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower (one has a washer and dryer), 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a Delonghi coffee machine, a dining room with a fireplace. There is a TV, Wi-Fi, a covered saltwater pool in operation from (V/IX), an infrared sauna, a charcoal grill. Electricity is also included 60 kwh/day. The space The whole family will relax in the family home. We do not accept boisterous celebrations and gatherings. Quiet hours are required. The house is located in a built-up part of the village. The cottage is located on the very edge of the Brdské forests and is used for a holiday stay. The house has 5x bedrooms, 2x double bed(140x200), 2x double bed(180x200), 4x single bed, 1 children's bed, 1 cot(on request), 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2x separate toilet, equipped kitchen (American fridge with ice maker, induction stove, electric kettle, whisk, mixer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, soda stream(no bomb - take your own), dishwasher. The dining room is part of the kitchen, and here you will find a wood stove and air conditioning. There is a TV, Wi - Fi, a heated roofed pool with counterflow and salt water(from May to September), infra sauna, charcoal grill, outdoor fire pit, outdoor drying rack, outdoor seating with umbrella, rocking bench. We offer 1 golf carriage, 1 sports carriage, several toys for the pool and also for children to play and an outdoor play area. We have a mini cabinet available where toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, bean coffee can be purchased. Refundable deposit 5000, or 200 euro- in cash on site. For leisure fun, we offer a ping pong table, a fitness bench, a reflecting bike for children, a children's kitchen, and an outdoor playground with a swing. Amenities: And bedroom: Bed 180x200,Infra - sauna, relaxing deck chair for the sauna, TV ( also available as a playroom for children)is a walk-through room to bedroom B. B bedroom: Queen bed 180x200cm and bed 80x200cm. C bedroom: Queen bed 140x200cm and children's bed 60x140cm. D bedroom: Queen bed 140x200cm, TV, work desk. E bedroom: 3x bed 90x200cm (including 2 beds together to make a 2 bed). 6 room: living room - there is a sofa bed for 2 people and a TV (this is a walk-through room to bedroom C and separate toilet and bathroom). Separate kitchen with dining room, where there is also a mini tower, high chair, learning tower for children. In the upper bathroom in the cabinet you will find a baby potty and a seat for the shower stall. 2x bathroom with shower and in winter months with underfloor heating, 2x separate toilet. Heating: Electric and wood stove in the dining room. In the dining room air conditioning. 50 kwh/ day electricity is also included. Driveway paved, covered parking for up to 4 cars. Another car can be parked in the yard by the house. Entertainment, Sports, Attractions, Trips: There are several board games in the house, a tennis court can be rented in the Cottages for a fee. There are many hiking trails nearby for hiking and biking. The terrain is more hilly. Brdské forests have been a military property for many years, only in 2016 the space was made available to the public. We recommend trips: Jindřichův skála, lookout point Beran, Houpák, where there is an infantry cabin Jordán(this is where the scene from the film The General School was filmed), the highest point of Brd - Tok and many other excursions around the area, e.g. Padrťské Ponds, Zbiroh Castle, Žebrák and Točník castles, Olešná Zoo. Aqua Park is located in Hořovice. The house is camera guarded from the outside areas. Guest access Noisy celebrations and loud use of jukeboxes are forbidden!!!! Please let us know what time you will be arriving so we can give you the keys to the cottage and explain to you in person how it works with us. We communicate through a translator - we don't speak the language. If you come by electric car, it can be charged at our place, but please note that there is a 60 kwh/day electricity included in the price of the stay. Bikes and electric bikes can be located in the garage which is in the cottage. The house is camera guarded from the outside areas. Noisy celebrations and loud use of jukeboxes are prohibited!!!! On arrival we collect a cash fee from the stay of 2 euros/night per person over 18 years old and a refundable deposit of 200 euro. This will be returned if nothing is damaged in the cottage. The pool is open from May to the end of October. On sunny days the pool has up to 30°C. The cottage in Brdy will offer you beautiful nature within walking distance. Other things to note Cash deposit at the place of accommodation 5000 CZK (200 EUR), fee to the municipality 2 EUR adult/night and large final cleaning 3500 CZK to 4500 CZK depending on the length of accommodation. Do not use the Jukebox! Outside in the garden or in the house! The house is a protected area.
