Villa in Brdy with a pool, infrared sauna and equipment

Your whole family will relax in this quiet place to stay. The house on the edge of the Brdy forests offers 5 bedrooms (4x double bed, 3x single bed, children's bed, children's cot), 1x sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower (one with washing machine and dryer), 2x toilet, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Delonghi coffee machine for capsules, dining room with fireplace. TV, Wi-Fi, covered saltwater pool in operation from (V/IX), infrared sauna, charcoal grill. The price also includes electricity 60 kwh/day. The space The whole family can relax in the family house. We do not accept stormy celebrations and gatherings. Night peace must be observed. The house is located in the built-up part of the village. The cottage is located on the very edge of the Brdy forests and is used for recreational stays. In the house there are 5 bedrooms, 2 double beds (140x200), 2 double beds (180x200), 4 single beds, 1 children's bed, 1 baby cot (on request), 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 separate toilets, equipped kitchen (American fridge with ice maker, induction stove, kettle, mixer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, soda stream (without bomb - take your own), dishwasher. The dining room is part of the kitchen and here you will also find a fireplace and air conditioning. There is a TV, Wi-Fi, heated covered pool with counter-current and salt water (from May to September), infrared sauna, charcoal grill, outdoor fireplace, outdoor dryer, outdoor seating with umbrella, swing bench. We offer 1x golf cart, 1x sports cart, several toys for the pool and also for children to play and an outdoor playground. We have a mini showcase where you can buy toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, coffee beans. Refundable deposit of 5000 or 200 euros - in cash on the spot. For leisure entertainment, we offer a ping-pong table, a fitness bench, a children's bike, a children's kitchen and an outdoor playground with a swing. Equipment: A bedroom: Bed 180x200, Infra - sauna, relaxing lounger for the sauna, TV (also possible as a playroom for children) it is a walk-through room to bedroom B. Bedroom B: Double bed 180x200cm and bed 80x200cm. Bedroom C: Double bed 140x200cm and children's bed 60x140cm. Bedroom D: Double bed 140x200cm, TV, work desk. Bedroom E: 3x bed 90x200cm (of which 2 beds are next to each other to create a double bed). 6 rooms: living room - there is a sofa bed for 2 people and a TV (this is a walk-through room to bedroom C and a separate toilet and bathroom). Separate kitchen with dining room, where there is also a mini tower, dining chair, learning tower for children. In the upper bathroom in the cabinet you will find a baby potty and a shower seat. 2x bathroom with shower and in winter months with underfloor heating, 2x separate toilet. Heating: Electric and fireplace in the dining room. Air conditioning in the dining room. Electricity 50 kwh/day is also included. Paved driveway, covered parking for up to 4 cars. Another car can be parked in the yard next to the house. Entertainment, sports, attractions, excursions: There are several board games in the house, and a tennis court can be rented in Chaloupky for a fee. There are many hiking trails in the surrounding area suitable for both hiking and cycling. The terrain is more hilly. The Brdy forests were a military object for many years, until 2016 the area was opened to the public. We recommend trips to: Jindřichova skála, Beran lookout, Houpák, where there is the Jordán infantry cabin (a scene from the film Obecná škola was filmed here), the highest point of Brdy - Tok and many other trips around the area, e.g. Padrťské ponds, Zbiroh Castle, Žebrák and Točník castles, Olešná Zoo. There is an Aqua Park in Hořovice. The house is guarded by cameras from the outdoor areas. Guest access Noisy celebrations and loud use of jukeboxes are forbidden!!!! Let us know what time you're coming so we can give you the keys to the cottage and explain how it works in person. We communicate through a translator - we don't know the language. If you arrive by electric car, it can be charged with us, but please note that the price of the stay includes electricity 60 kwh/day. Bicycles and electric bicycles can be placed in the garage, which is in the cottage. The house is guarded by cameras from the outside. Noisy celebrations and loud use of jukeboxes are forbidden!!!! Upon arrival, we collect a cash fee of 2 euros/night per person over 18 years of age and a refundable deposit of 200 euros. It will be returned if nothing is damaged in the cottage. The pool is open from May to the end of October. On sunny days, the pool is up to 30°C. The cottage in Brdy will offer you beautiful nature within walking distance. Other things to note Cash deposit at the property 5000,- (200 euros), municipal fee 2 euros adult/night and final cleaning 3500,- to 4500,- depending on the length of stay. Do not use the Jukebox! Outside in the garden or in the house! The house is in a protected landscape area.
