This 3-bedroom family home is perfectly located in the bayside suburb of Aspendale, Melbourne. Short walk to Aspendale Beach, and Mordialloc Pier, you will enjoy the ocean and the white sands of the bay and the local shopping district. As it is a quiet neighborhood, we have a no-party policy. Guest access Whole house, it’s Unit 2 at the end of the driveway. Other things to note There is strictly NO PARTIES or EVENTS to be held at the house. There is 24 hour security, and they will ask you to vacate the property. No refund will be given on the stay if building and booking rules are violated.
