No persons other than the confirmed guest may stay during this booking. There are no add-ons and no pile ups permitted. Non compliance will result in immediate termination without refund. The space This is a well-kept, one-bedroom apartment located on the first floor with a separate entrance direct from the street. The living room and dining areas are open spaces with beautiful, new, wood floors. Fire TV ready for your streaming accounts. A few steps put you into the petite full kitchen. The bedroom offers a full-size bed and use of a clothes closet. No more than one guest, maximum is allowed. Guest access Access to the entire apartment. Bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is an eating/dining area with a table and chairs situated away from the kitchen as part of the living room area. The bathroom has a full-size tub and shower. Other things to note There is free street parking available. Parking is readily available more so during the day than during the late evening hours. We are conveniently located close to all major highways and thoroughfares in Queens. Extremely close to LaGuardia Airport and not far from JFK Airport. Subway is an approx 14-minute walk and Manhattan is 30 minutes away. Buses are steps from the apartment. Many parks in the immediate area. No parties of any kind. No loud music. No celebratory events. No arranged group meet ups or group gatherings at this location. - This is a completely smoke-free space. No smoking of any kind is permitted. - No burning candles - Failure to comply with rules will result in immediate vacate without a refund.
