This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. It can host large gatherings upon approval and sleep 9 people. It has an outdoor 150 inch projection screen and a 4K 70 inch outdoor TV for movie nights or a pick up game of basketball. It hosts large BBQ areas and comfortable awning furniture to enjoy the outdoors with family or create memorable experiences with friends. All areas are fully stocked with everything you need. Home has heated floors and in-unit washer and dryer. The space The Basement-level apartment has its own private entrance in the backyard of the private house. Must go down 8 steps to access apartment. Home is located in a quiet safe neighborhood. There are two renovated modern bedrooms. The first bedroom has a day bed with a trundle. The day bed has a twin mattress (75inchx38 inch)and an additional pullout trundle with a twin bed with the same size. Two people can sleep here comfortably. Theres is a 40 inch OLED framed tv with all the modern apps in room 1. The second room has 1 full platform bed with storage underneath. Full bed size is (75 inch x 54 inch). The bed is designed for two people as well. It also has a functional couch, that turns into a single bed. There is a 40 inch OLED tv that pulls out for your convenience in room 2. In the living room you’ll find modular furniture, you have 3 high end couches that turn into beds (44 inch x 81 inch). Each couch can sleep 1 person comfortably. There is a 55 inch OLED framed tv with all the modern apps in the living room. Lastly, there is an inflatable mattress and pump in the closet that can be blown up , this is a twin size that can also sleep one person. The backayrd has a 150 inch projector as shown. You can hook it up via and hdmi or vga with YOUR own computer for movie nights. Backyard has wifi and one large 70 inch 4k LED tv in the awning opposite to the 150-inch projector. Backyard has a regulation size basketball hoop, outdoor heater and BBQ grill. Guest access Confirmed guests can use all the amenities and spaces described here and in the pictures subject to the house rules. Other things to note Bronx Hidden Gem is coviniently located near BayPlaza mall, New York Botanical Garden, The Bronx Zoo and Van Cortlandt Park. A 24hr ride aid pharmacy and 24hr supermarket are located within walking distance. 2 and 5 train also within walking distance. Montefiore Hospital 5 min drive.
