The space The vaulted ceilings in this top floor, spacious condo make the space feel extra roomy. There's a pullout bed in the living room allowing for 4 guests to sleep comfortably. In-unit laundry, along with a small supply of detergent and fabric softeners is just one of our condo's extra conveniences. Guest access Guests will have year-round access to the hot tub and tennis courts, as well as seasonal access to the heated pool, which typically opens in May through September depending on weather. Other things to note Please note that our unit is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, so guests will need to be able to walk up and down a flight of stairs.
