Loulou's studio overlooking the canal

For your short or medium stays, Rozenn and Laurent invite you to relax in their daughter's studio on the 1st floor of their contemporary house: Independent, modern but warm, quiet, elegant and functional. Terrace, panoramic view of the canal, fields and surrounding hills. We are at the gates of Sundgau, along the Ill and the Rhône-Rhine Canal, on the Euro Velo 6. Small train station 2 min walk. Mulhouse, 10 min by train or 30 min by bike (upon request). The space The 23 m2 accommodation is accessed through an entrance that includes a wardrobe that guests will not have access to and a workspace. The room enjoys beautiful natural light throughout the day and opens wide to the west on a spacious 9 m2 wooden terrace. Table and lounge chairs for sunny days. The design of the house as a passive house means there is no air conditioning because the BSOs allow a supply of brightness while insulating from the heat of the sun's rays. The bedroom incorporates two wardrobe elements and a kitchenette area. There is a toilet and a walk-in shower in the bathroom. Guest access The studio is located on the 1st floor of our house, accessed by a separate external entrance. Other things to note You may have a few visits to your outside landing from our two cats and our dog may greet you with some happy welcome barks! Don't worry, they're very peaceful!
