Upstairs are the sleeping quarters - featuring a good size main bedroom with ensuite and two additional bedrooms with ceiling fans and lots of cupboard space. They share a full bathroom with a shower and bath for the little ones. Aircon in the living area, main bedroom and children's bedroom. A single garage is available for parking or storage. You can also park in the driveway and there is plenty of street parking. Guest access This two-level modern quality townhouse is all yours. 3 bedrooms and a private garden area to appeal to the whole family. Guests are welcome to use the gym and pool as long as children never attend alone and are always supervised by an adult Please strictly follow the safety rules and adhere to the hours of opening. Don't impact other residents. Other things to note Responsible guests willing to follow the rules of the pool area can discretely use the facilities. Please note that this is a strictly no smoking property. We ask guests to kindly help to push the bins to kerbside on Monday for rubbish collection on Tuesday.
