Other things to note We can accommodate a 2nd parking spot if you communicate with the host ahead of time. We are a quiet, professional family who observes regular work and school hours (no young children or dogs). We have improved the insulation and venting in the basement apartment to reduce noise from the upper level, but it's possible that from time to time you may hear noise from upstairs.
