The entrance is a double-layered door for extra privacy and security. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy hallway with a chair and a bedroom to your left. The bedroom has two doors, one leading to a laundry room and the other to a bathroom. Please note that the bathroom is accessible only through the bedroom, which may not be ideal for groups. The living space boasts a beautiful view of the yard from a window located under the deck of the top unit. As this is a family-friendly space, you may hear the sounds of children playing in the yard. You can enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the electric fireplace while relaxing. The kitchenette is equipped with a black fridge, air fryer, coffee maker, kettle, block of knives, and a microwave. While there's no stove or oven, everything else you need is available. The bathroom features a tiled, walk-in shower, but no bathtub. Guests at Bliss by The Bay will have access to the unit's laundry room. This layout is ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking peacefulness in a residential area. with close proximity to amenities. Please note that this unit is part of a multi-unit rental property. The front yard has been transformed into a spacious parking lot for your convenience! Please note, in the winter months, extra caution is advised as the terrain can be icy and steep. If you have trouble walking, you should know there are five steps to climb to get to the front door from the parking area. Perfectly situated in close proximity to the highly acclaimed Health Sciences Center hospital and university, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better location! This is a basement suite with tenants upstairs, so please expect some noise coming from the other unit. Also, as is standard for basement apartments in Newfoundland, there could be some insects or bugs present. Please know that regularly scheduled pest control services are in place.
