The space The house has four bedrooms; three standard size with double bed and a very large bedroom with two double beds, as well as a single bed. You have three full bathrooms at your disposal. Kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and modern appliances. The land has an area of nearly one million square feet. The place is very discreet and offers stunning river views. You have access to a 160-meter-wide private beach via a trail. This is a unique place to enjoy tranquility and nature. Guest access The house is located on the border of Chicoutimi and La Baie.
