In the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose, minutes from the beaches, port and coastal trails. Ideally located to explore the treasures of the region: Ploumanac'h, Perros-Guirec, Trégastel, the Sept Iles archipelago or Lannion medieval city (train station)... The space Renovated and practical house: - On the ground floor: large bright living room opening onto a large south-facing terrace, a bedroom with a double bed (160 X 200), a bathroom as well as a separate toilet. - On the first floor: a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, three bedrooms: one with 2 single beds (80 X 200) that can be combined to make a double bed (160 X 200), one serving as a "small TV lounge" with a trundle bed (2 single beds 90 X 190) and a large one with a double bed (160 X 200). - A beautiful garden of more than 3000 m² with a spring, in which you may be able to observe deer or a fox at dawn or dusk... - For children or adults: many toys (Playmobil, Kapla, dolls...), board games, books... - For musicians: a piano - For cooks: kitchen equipped with everything you need and a barbecue to eat outside.
