The space The completely renovated villa at the highest level welcomes you with palm trees and a rock garden on the front of the property, while picturesque trees and green spaces extend to the back of the property. The entire property is surrounded by hedges, so privacy and tranquility are guaranteed. On the terrace, there are sun loungers and lounge sofas, an outdoor area for enjoyable breakfasts, a large Weber grill to conjure up culinary masterpieces, as well as the large yoga deck and the curved saltwater pool. Next to it is the hot tub, which provides warmth and relaxation after a day in the waves. Just a few steps down into the garden and you are on your own tennis court to play a match or sink a few balls in the basketball hoop. If you prefer to kick, use the small soccer field with two goals. The children will find a trampoline, a climbing tower with slide and swing or can explore the large garden. The whole property impresses with its clear lines, the elegant lightness of the furnishings and the high quality of all materials, as well as the attention to detail. Thus, all rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi speakers and the house with underfloor heating is cozily warm even on shady days. Bright colors, wood and natural materials let the soul breathe. Upon entering the house, you immediately feel the spaciousness of the premises. The open kitchen with large dining table, where everyone can gather, leads into the spacious living area with cozy sofas and a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities. The laundry room, fridge and freezer as well as the passage to the other rooms of the house are elegantly embedded in a movable wooden wall in the kitchen. Behind this you will find the guest toilet and another cozy chill-out area with two large beanbags, TV and a piano. From there, the four bedrooms branch off. Each bedroom has large glass doors to the outside. Bedrooms 1-3 have direct access to the pool area and bedroom 4 faces the garden. Bedroom 1: with private en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, double bed (180 × 200) overlooking the starry sky directly above the bed. The panoramic window can be completely darkened. A recessed bunk bed (two single beds of 90 x 200) expands the capacity of the room to up to 4 people. Bedroom 2: Here two single beds invite you to dream, one at lofty heights (90 × 200) and a cozy double bed (140 × 200) underneath. The bathroom of bedroom 2 is also the bathroom of bedroom 3 and is accessible from both sides. Bedroom 3: This bedroom offers two single beds (90 x 200), which can also be used together as a double bed. Bedroom 4: This bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a glass sky above the shower area, a workstation and in addition to a double bed (180 × 200) also two single beds (90 × 200), which are embedded in the form of a bunk bed in the wall. An ideal family room for up to 4 people. Everything in this beautiful villa is light, bright, clear, lovingly selected and designed. Time out? Guaranteed! Guest access As a guest, the entire villa with the upper outdoor area is at your disposal. This includes the pool with hot tub, outdoor shower, terraces, large yoga deck, outdoor kitchen and the upper parking deck. On the property there are also 2 small studios in which a total of up to 4 people can be accommodated. If the studios were both rented at the same time, you would share the tennis court and the entire lower garden with children's playground with a maximum of 4 other guests. If you also want to have this lower part guaranteed just for you, then check the calendar for the studios or contact us. Then we'll check if you can block the studios during that time.
