Ideal to make the most of your holidays in Moneglia and to visit the towns in the surroundings like Sestri Levante and Tigullio or the Cinque Terre which can be reached in about 30 minutes by train. The space This flat was Renovated in December 2022, both for internal structure and furnishings. Located on the first floor of two of a building equipped with a private garage, the apartment can be reached with two short flights of stairs from the garage area: it is made up of a single large room where you will find a living area with a comfortable sofa bed for two people, dining table (which can also be used as a desk in case of work needs) and kitchenette with gas stove, fridge, freezer, TV and washing machine and a sleeping area with double bed, wardrobe and a second television. A large glass door makes the room very bright and leads to a large balcony with a splendid view of the sea and the center of Moneglia. The slightly elevated position of the condominium ensures that you are literally a stone's throw from the center but in a peaceful setting. In fact, going down a flight of stairs in some minutes you will arrive at a gate which acts as direct access to the condominium on the central caruggio. On the balcony you will find an outdoor table to fully enjoy the view and the summer days or evenings, with lunches or dinners outdoors. Finally, you will find a bathroom with a large shower and bathroom fixtures. In the apartment there is free WI-FI service and air conditioning, which can be used in the summer to refresh the environment and as heating in the winter months. The washing machine is available throughout your stay, you will also find a drying rack, iron and ironing board. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed with a supplement. The private garage is large and comfortable for all types of cars and is located exactly under the apartment. The outdoor parking area is private and not usable. Clean linen (sheets, mattress cover, pillowcase, hand towel, shower towel and bidet towel) is provided by us and included in the price. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment, which is rented entirely, with no shared spaces. The building entrance and parking area are shared with other guests/tenants. We therefore ask that you respect the neighbors by limiting noise inside and outside the apartment after 10:00 PM and by parking your car in the designated spot, without using other parking spaces or obstructing other people's access. Other things to note ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, make sure you can use the Airbnb booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax Moneglia applies a tourist tax of €1/day per person (up to 7 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional people to those declared; we usually ask 20 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals; we usually accept small/medium sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM €30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 6-8 pm or early check in before 3 pm). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE AMOUNT WILL BE HIGHER. HOW TO GET TO THE APARTMENT : To reach the city of Moneglia by car, take the A12 motorway and exit at Sestri Levante. From here you can choose to take the provincial road to Riva Trigoso and take the one-way tunnel alternating with a green light at 15 – 35 – 55 minutes every hour (about 10 km from the Sestri Levante exit). Alternatively, you can continue in the direction of La Spezia along the SS1 Aurelia, up to Passo del Bracco, and then descend towards Moneglia along the provincial road n. 68 (about 16 km from the Sestri Levante exit). ROUTE BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT : Traveling by plane and landing for example at an airport in Milan, you can use the various Shuttle bus services to reach Milan Central Station. From there Moneglia can be reached by regional or intercity train, often with changes at the Sestri Levante station. The journey takes about three hours for a cost that varies from €16 to €25, depending on the type of train chosen. Moneglia station is 700 meters from the apartment, which can therefore be reached in about ten minutes on foot. From Pisa Galilei airport Less than 40 meters from the Passenger Terminal, the new fully automatic and fast People Mover connection is active, with shuttles that connect the airport directly to Pisa Central Station. Operative every day from 6:00 to 24:00 (journey of about 5 minutes) From there it is possible to take a regional or intercity train towards Genoa with a stop in Moneglia (about a two-hour journey). Moneglia station is 700 meters from the apartment, which can therefore be reached in about ten minutes on foot. From the Colombo airport of Genoa With the VolaBus shuttle bus, which stops outside the Arrivals area, you can get to the Genoa Piazza Principe railway station in about 30 minutes. The service is active every day, with a ride approximately every 40 minutes. ticket costs 6 euros one way (12 euros return) and is also valid for 60 minutes on all journeys on the AMT network. Children up to 4 years travel for free. Numerous regional or intercity trains depart from the Principe station towards La Spezia and stop in Moneglia (one hour/one and a half hour journey).
