This comfortably furnished air-conditioned one bedroom ground floor apartment is in the heart of Liguanea, the golden triangle - 7 minutes walk to the US Embassy, supermarkets, shopping centres, restaurants, and Starbucks, and 5 minutes drive to New Kingston. The unit includes coded keypad entry to the building, 24-hour security, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, smart TVs, cable, parking, swimming pool, hot water and in-unit laundry (for an additional fee). The space This fully air-conditioned apartment comes with a queen sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2 people. The space is perfect for solo and business travellers or couples. Guests can access the unit by taking one flight of stairs. Centrally located 2 mins away from Liguanea, the US Embassy and the Matildas Corner Police Station 7 mins away from UWI and the hospital 10 mins away from New Kingston and its commercial facilities Bedroom The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a 32 inch smart TV, accent chair, built-in closet with copious shelf space, mirror, bedside table with lamp, Alexa and a chest of drawers. The ensuite bathroom includes a step in bath/shower with hot water, wash basin, a toilet and waste bin. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner, towels, and a hair dryer. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner electric stove with oven, a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster oven. Cupboards are stocked with glassware, plates and cutlery. Living Room The living room is air-conditioned, cozily furnished with a 50 inch smart TV and seating for up to 4 people. It also includes a 2 seater dining table that can easily convert to a work space. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, free on-site parking, as well as the pool and recreational area. Other things to note The apartment sleeps a maximum of 2 people. No more than the confirmed or booked guests are allowed to sleep at the apartment. Any non-confirmed guests staying in the unit between 11:59 PM to 6:00 AM will incur a fee. You will be charged $50 per night for additional guests. Guests are provided with a starter kit of toiletries/supplies (including a fresh roll of tissue, hotel style soap and shampoo). Subsequently, guests would restock their supplies as needed. Use of the washer and dryer comes at an additional cost of $50 per day use. No parties, gatherings (exceeding number of confirmed guests + 3 additional persons ) or events are allowed. Violations will result in a cancelled reservation and a charge to your card. No smoking inside the unit or in the common areas. Violation will attract a $300 fee. Any tampering with surveillance equipment will lead to cancellation and / or additional charges. Air conditioner should not be operated while windows and doors are open. Locked drawers and closets should not be accessed. Breaches will incur a fee of US$50 plus costs for any missing, used or damaged items. All special requests including daily house cleaning, cleaning during your stay or late check out are subject to availability and additional charges will apply. Airport pickup and drop-off are available upon request at an additional cost. Guests will be charged for any damaged or missing items in the apartment.
