The space These rooms are located on the top floor of a tri-level home. The top floor has one other quite, long-term occupant who has their own bedroom/bathroom. Also located on the top floor is the shared laundry room. The middle floor contains the shared main kitchen, living, and dining rooms as well as a shared balcony. On the first floor there is a bedroom and bathroom that is rented. Both occupants are quite, kind, and clean. Access includes numerous parks, tennis and basketball courts, seasonal pool/ hot tub, and more!! Guest access Private access includes the master suite.
