The Domaine de l'Ermitage du Montmiandon

A corner of the countryside 2 steps from all the amenities of the city. These buildings date from 1896, former farm buildings of an estate once owned by a renowned family in the region. They overlook the Annonay city basin and have 180° views of the Alps and the Vercors massif. Nearby, the Pilat massif, the Peaugres safari, the Via Rhôna... Birthday, wedding or other parties are not allowed, we live on site. No music outside please. The space Towels are not provided. 2 dormitories with 6 beds each (90 cm) and bed linen provided 1 fully equipped kitchen with dishes and kitchen accessories for 12 people 1 PRM bathroom with 1 shower, 1 toilet and 1 sink 1 bathroom with 2 showers, 1 toilet, 3 sinks, 1 hairdryer and 1 medicine cabinet, liquid soap provided. 1 large shared closet 1 45 m2 pergola used as a living room 12 sun loungers, tables, chairs and coffee tables for the outdoors. 1 washing machine available in our house, upon request. Guest access Access to the accommodation described, to the garden in front of this accommodation, to the "Zen garden", to the swimming lane from June to August inclusive from 10.30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. (children under the mandatory supervision of parents), to the parking lot and to the gravel esplanade for ball games. Another large garden at the bottom of the esplanade is available for ball games. Other things to note Roselyne, your hostess, a hypnotist, offers her services if you feel like it... Towels are not provided.
