Alone, as a couple, with friends or family, enjoy this charming/beautiful private house with parking that is close to everything! Practically in the heart of the city of Brazzaville, in the famous 4th arrondissement of Moungali, at the entrance to the Moukondo district, between Ave. Cité des 17 & Ave. Jacques Opangault. 9 minutes from the airport, close to shops & restaurants! Spend your days exploring the city & return to this comfortable & well-equipped house, in a quiet area of the center. The space The house has 6 airy bedrooms nicely furnished with double beds, 2 full bathrooms (1 internal and 1 external), a large terrace/veranda! Large living room, well-equipped kitchen and gas grill for easy meal preparation. Large dining room table (can be converted into a hockey game table) for family meals indoors or outdoors! We only occupy 2 of the six Bedrooms with separate access for the storage of our personal belongings, you will have the rest of the house (4 bedrooms) with your own bathroom, and that of your visitors. Guest access The House is located on a plot of land with 5 Parking spaces, Free Wi-Fi Connection, Basket Basket and an Outbuilding (occupied by the concierge, who is always happy to help, if you need more recommendations), completely closed and lit with a metal gate, presence of a large underground water tank with suppressor for your cold or hot water needs. Other things to note Upon request, we can arrange the shuttle upon arrival from the airport to the Residence and vice versa, and also offer the rental of 4x4 Vehicles (V8, V6) Safari type with accessories and bicycles (free) for your travels. We can also provide you with armed security if needed.
