As you approach our luxury converted Bramley Barn you will be blown away by the size and breath taking views of the surrounding countryside and a private acre of gardens. Upon entering you are greeted by the open plan living space with a lounge, smart TV, dining table and open plan Kitchen. There is a ground floor games room with pool table/gym. There are 8 unique bedrooms comprising of two double en-suite, two superking, one emperor en-suite, one kingsize en-suite and two triple rooms en-suite. There is a ground floor games room with pool table and gym are 8 unique bedrooms in the Barn comprising of 5 x Double En-Suites, 2 x Triple En-Suites & 1 x Twin En-Suite. (If you book for less than 16 some of these bedrooms will be locked) The Barn is situated in a small mature apple orchard overlooking the Kingston House and the surrounding countryside. There is a patio area for dining and a terrace for early evening drinks at the rear of the property. There is easy access to other areas of the estate and ample car parking situated directly outside the main entrance.
