STVT24-0005 Guest access Guest have access to their own private room with secure lock in it, one shared bathroom all guests can use and share, and a full big kitchen to share for everyone to cook their meals and dine in our dining table. Please make sure to clean as you use the kitchen and dining, and wash up all dishes being used. Also we have quiet hours at 9pm onwards thank you. Other things to note PARKING There is plenty of free residential parking around the house but it does get filled up quickly during the evenings. Please keep in mind of street cleaning signs. CHECKING OUT/ CLEANING Check out time is at 10AM. When checking out, please put the key back on the table, leaving the door closed. Double check for all your belongings. Please notify me when you have left. Please also NOTE: 1) We have an exterior camera outside only. 2) There might be another guests upstairs, so there might be potential noise possible but we try our best to remind all our guests to be very respectful of others and the neighbors. 3. No pets allowed. To enhance security measures for our guests and the property, we will be sending an online registration link to your email. This link will contain preliminary questions that need to be answered. Additionally, we might request a copy of your ID to verify the individual who will be staying. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring the safety of our guests and premises. For guests planning to stay with us for more than 28 days please note that we require a background check process for a small fee. Alternatively, we accept employment letters or internship letters as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests. Also, there will be an additional utility fee of $150 per month for long term stay. Pet is welcome for approval maximum one pet only. Parking is $10/night or $150/month - approval depends on availability. Pet-Friendly Stay – No Extra Fee! We love welcoming pets at no additional cost! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please follow our pet guidelines: 1. No pets on furniture or beds – Help us keep our space clean and cozy for all guests. Please bring your pet’s bedding. 2. Leash required in shared common areas – For the safety and comfort of everyone, please keep your pet on a leash in communal spaces. 3. Breed approval required – Kindly mention your pet’s breed when booking for approval. 4. Responsible pet ownership – While there’s no pet fee, we ask that you keep our furniture clean and free from damage. Any damages caused by pets will be the owner’s responsibility.
