The third bedroom is located in a seperate, de-tached room that locks. The back room has a single and queen bed. This must be booked for 7 people if you want access to the house and seperate dwelling. If you require 3 seperate beds, please book for 7 people. Pets are allowed but must be confirmed when booking. The house out back is fully fenced. Pet's are note allowed inside the bedrooms during your stay as this is also enjoyed by guests without pets. Guest access There is a back room with a spare single and queen bed, should you have more people staying with you. Electric blankets on all beds for the colder nights. Gas heater located in lounge/dining area and wall heaters in main bedrooms inside. Additional heaters can be placed in seperate dwelling in back room.
