Very nice 2 rooms recently renovated, very popular area, quiet street, not overlooked, Saint Martin canal just a stone's throw away, lots of good places nearby! 6 very central metro lines, 3rd floor without elevator. I live regularly in this apartment and rent it when I am not there because I am often traveling. Please respect the premises and my personal belongings. Enjoy 🙏your stay! The space The accommodation has a bedroom with a comfortable 140/200 bed (new Emma bedding) and a sofa/day bed in the living room that can be used as an extra bed. There is a bathtub in the bathroom and everything you need for cooking in the living room. The apartment has been renovated with the aim of making the most of light and volume, so the spaces all communicate with each other through canopies and other sliding glass doors, ideally suited for 1 solo traveler or a couple. Guest access The accommodation is fully available, you have free spaces in the wardrobe as well as hangers to arrange your belongings if necessary (please specify so that I can make room).
