The patio is over 7000’ and private. There is a fire table and waterfall w/lights! Golf Cart Included! The space Villa is fully equipped for all your cooking and dining needs. There’s also a barbecue grill just outside. There is plenty of bedding, bath/pool towels. Master is a queen bed w/sliding patio doors, TV, walk in closet and master bath. Guest bedroom is a queen bed, full closet. Garage has washer/dryer and space to park 1 car or golf cart and garage door opener. Lanai is fully enclosed w/large windows and plantation blinds throughout. There is a queen size pull out couch w/privacy doors. Guest access Guests have full access to entire property Other things to note The small waterfall pond in corner is wonderful, it is on a timer and goes on everyday. We have discovered a slow leak and until it’s fixed it needs water added via the garden hose every few days to maintain level. If you’d rather have it turned off so there’s no worries about maintaining let us know and we’ll unplug.
