Large renovated house, on the shores of Lake La Ganguise

House of 300 m² completely renovated located in the hills of Lauragais in an isolated environment, quiet and without neighborhood by Lake Ganguise. Beautiful and very relaxing setting with large, bright, perfectly furnished interior spaces. In the 5000 sqm garden, lounge area, solarium, plancha/bbq, direct access to the lake for swimming in the turquoise water and walks. 40 min from Toulouse and Carcassonne, next to the Canal du Midi, 1 hour from the sea and mountains. The space The house faces the lake which is quickly accessible through the garden. The garden is equipped with garden furniture, table and chairs with umbrella, sun loungers for the solarium. You access the house via a private road with parking. We provide two paddles. Not far from the house there is a nautical base that organizes sailing or windsurfing lessons. The house has been completely renovated with natural materials, wood, lime and it is characterized by large bay windows, open spaces, underfloor heating and a fireplace. On the ground floor you will find: The main entrance Two bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom with double bed and a single sofa bed. From each room you can access the garden. A large living room and a large open kitchen fully equipped with two exits to the garden. Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Upstairs you will find: A large mezzanine with gym The master bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a terrace. Bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. We have two adorable Siamese cats, Ito and Leya, who will need your care during your stay. Welcome to our corner of paradise! The minimum stay is five nights. For the months of July and August, discount for the duration of one week.
