Door has a lock & key. Neighborhood is lovely & super safe! There are 4 Bedrooms, booked separately, and plenty of space. Everything else is shared, including my Therapeutic 2-person Hot Tub that is sure to take the edge off after a long day of traveling! Come get away! The space Your Room is Private and has a keyed lock and door jam. Most people question sharing Common Areas but realize it is not as odd as they thought and can be a good way to save money! Please understand this is my home. I live and work here but do travel a lot. I also offer whole home rental based on availability. During your stay I work from home, but I do travel a lot. Other things to note Wheeling, West Virginia, United States Quiet neighborhood with a mountainside backdrop, across the street from a Plaza and beautiful park. Garden Park has a playground, public pool, basketball courts, walking paths and benches all over. There is a small amphitheater where you might catch a concert in the summer. Warwood Plaza has an ATM, Thrift Store, Subway, Family Dollar, Smoker Friendly/Liquor Store and Kroger. Just a few blocks further you will find a Post office, Dollar Tree, Gym and local Bar. Everything well within walking distance. Wheeling Heritage Trail - situated along the Ohio River, it is a popular trail for birding, road biking, and running, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. There is an Access Point right down the street from the park. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash.
