It’s a practical, well-connected area with local shops, cafés, restaurants, takeaways and everyday amenities, making it a convenient base for business travel and visits to Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre. The appeal is convenience and connectivity, with a comfortable, thoughtfully designed apartment to return to at the end of the day. Farnborough town centre is around a mile away, with Princes Mead shopping centre, Vue Cinema and bowling. Legoland Windsor and Ascot Racecourse are also within reach. Getting around Farnborough Main has direct trains to London Waterloo, with the fastest journeys taking around 34 minutes, handy for a day in the capital or a business meeting. North Camp station offers connections towards Guildford and Reading. Heathrow and Gatwick airports are accessible by road or public transport, depending on your route. Local buses serve the surrounding area, and A Line Taxis is based nearby on Peabody Road. The apartment is in a small residential building, so we ask guests to be considerate of our neighbours. Guest access You'll have the entire apartment to yourselves, giving you your own space to relax, work or enjoy your stay. You'll also have exclusive use of a dedicated parking space for one car or a sort wheel based van in our private car park. Other things to note A few things to know The apartment is on the first floor of a Victorian building, accessed via a communal staircase, with the entrance located at the rear. Overlooking the main road, the apartment features wooden shutters and carefully considered soundproofing to help create a comfortable, relaxing space indoors. For a comfortable night's sleep, we've fitted thermal blackout blinds and wooden shutters. A Dyson fan is also provided for warmer days. The apartment has a smart home system that helps manage heating and electrical devices efficiently when the property is unoccupied, including adjusting the heating when windows are opened. The system uses motion sensors; there are no cameras or decibel monitors inside the apartment.
