The space There are two bedrooms (staterooms) and a large fully renovated kitchen (galley). The main living room (salon) has high ceilings and is flooded with light. Large windows give a view of the marina boats to the west. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa with comfortable memory foam mattress. There are two enclosed patios ( the fore and aft decks) and a roof top garden (the bridge) you can access by a spiral staircase. Guest access The whole houseboat is yours during your stay Other things to note This is a floating vessel. Individuals prone to seasickness should consider this when booking. Non-swimmers and children under 12 should not be guests without special permission. Swimming in the marina waters is prohibited but other water sports at the beach (no lifeguard) are allowed before sunset.
