The upper spa is currently closed until further notice. • WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable. • Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee. • Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. • Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed. • Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area.
